Refund policy

All corsets are made to order and tailored according to the customer’s measurements. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items.

This condition is unequivocally communicated to buyers prior to the order confirmation and included in the product description.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements. Incorrect or inaccurate measurements provided by the buyer will not be grounds for a return or exchange.

We accept returns only if the item is defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the defect, and we will provide instructions for returning the item and arranging a replacement or refund.
